Data Privacy Notice

In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

1. What we collect

Full name, student number, course, year level, section, school year, date of birth, blood type, home address, a photograph, a specimen signature, and emergency contact details.

2. Why we collect it

Solely to produce, issue, verify and manage your official Student Identification Card and to contact your listed emergency contact when necessary.

3. How it is stored

Records are stored in KCPS's student information system with access restricted to authorized personnel. Images are kept only for ID production and records purposes.

4. Retention

Your information is retained for the duration of your enrolment and for the period required by school policy and applicable regulations, after which it is securely disposed of.

5. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectify, and to request erasure or blocking of your personal data, and to be indemnified for damages, subject to the limits of the law. To exercise these rights, contact the Person In-Charge.

6. Consent

By ticking the consent box and submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice and authorize KCPS to collect and process your personal information for the purposes stated above.
